About Dell Costa
Dell Costa, Broker and Founder, has over 15 years in the Real Estate Industry. He first got into Real Estate at the end of 2004, and founded Dell Realty in 2010. During the crash of 2008, while many Agents were leaving the business, Dell was innovative and re-invented himself. He first began helping his clients fight foreclosure through Short Sales. As things got tougher, he became a Master of Loan Modifications. He spent the next few years, weathering the economic storm, and saving Thousands of families from losing their homes, thus establishing himself as a Titan in the Highly-Competitive Boston Real Estate Game.
As the Market slowly began recovering from the hit, he slowly shifted back into sales. By then, he had not only helped many families get back on their feet by saving their homes, but had developed his company into a financial powerhouse. Besides buying/selling, and loan modifications, today he offers credit repair.
